Scholarship Requirements

Please do not submit an application if you do not meet the criteria. No exceptions to the eligibility requirements will be considered.

  1. Submit a current official transcript
  2. Answer two essay questions
  3. Two letters of recommendations- one must come from a teacher and one from an individual who has direct knowledge of your situation and knows you well.  Please list any community service involvement, extracurricular activities, or leadership roles at school or church. (Cannot be an immediate family member).
  4. Student must apply the following semester.
  5. Student must provide proof of enrollment to post-secondary institution.  Funds will be provided directly to the Institution until the funds are used.
  6. Students must continue their enrollment both Fall and Spring Semester to continue to receive the funds.  Summer school is not required.

EDUCATEME4LIFE SCHOLARSHIP

Award – Scholarship amount up to $5000 depending on number of applicants. Monies will be dispersed directly to the institution upon verification of enrollment. Early applications are encouraged. Please Print and return.

EDUCATEME4LIFE was established in 2014 as an organization dedicated to showing God’s love to young women with children who seek to further their education and establish a career to help support themselves and their family.

Purpose of Scholarship

EDUCATEME4LIFE wants to recognize and support young women who are making significant efforts to pursue a higher education to reach their goals and help secure the life of themselves and their children.

Eligibility

· A current graduating senior or similar situation

· Accepted or plans to be accepted to a post-secondary educational institution or technical school for full or part-time attendance as defined by the institution.

· Cumulative high school grade point average of 2.5 or higher
